| The purpose of this not-for-profit corporation is to provide a business platform for its members (American Citizens, Taxpayers, and future Taxpayers) who have decided to join this not-for-profit organization of their own free will, to help establish a collective voice to better represent their social, economic, medical, and political concerns. This platform will use a business model of marketing, promotions, and advertising to raise money along with the collection of membership fees and various fundraisers to create the monetary resources necessary to launch various social, economic, and political projects and programs to support and address our members concerns. |

| The American Taxpayers Party Inc. will provide its members a forum to voice their concerns and to help raise money and public awareness to support their goals and to assure their elected representatives and appointed officials within their local communities, state, and federal government are listening to them. |

| All monies and resources collected by the American Taxpayers Party Inc. will be used by this not-for-profit organization to support this effort and to help achieve this purpose |

| The Lawful Public Objective of the American Taxpayers Party Inc. is to represent and voice the collective opinions and ideas of our member business owners and taxpayers that don't have the time and/or finances to do so individually. Organizing our members into one collective voice will benefit the people by saving them the time away from their business and money withdrawn from their personal savings, it will also take the burden off of government in their effort to contact and address each of our members concerns individually which would be much too time consuming and costly to be an effective use of taxpayers dollars. |

A Non-Charitable Corporation means any corporation formed under the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, other than a Charitable Corporation, including but not limited to one formed for any one or more of the following non-pecuniary purposes: civic, patriotic, political, social, fraternal, athletic, agricultural, horticultural, or animal husbandry, or for the purpose of operating a professional, commercial, industrial, trade or service association.
